PREAMBLE: In the name of the Almighty God. We the members of the Church of Christ (A.H.M) Ghana, Africa and the World; Aware that in the millennium need to attain growth and both physical and spiritual life. Accordingly, it is hereby expressly declared that what have been fixed in this document shall be the CONSTITUTION which shall guide the Church in carrying out the Lord's work.

THE CHARTER: Whereas by the mouth of Prophet, Joel, the Lord God did say, "And it shall come to pass in the last days that I will pour my spirit upon all flesh, and your sons and daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions. And also, upon the servant's and the handmaids in those days will I pour my spirit". Whereas it has please the Lord God to pour out His spirit upon upon His servant John Mensah who by observing the same and by his direction did organise in 1952 prayer group; while a member of Ghana Apostolic Church and Whereas on the 11th November, 1958 at Cape Coast, the call came to the said John Mensah to establish a Church from the Prayer groups and he Accordingly did so in accordance with the spiritual directions and founded a CHURCH with the name of "THE CHURCH OF CHRIST  (ANOINTED HEALING MINISTRY) through divine inspiration which later became SPIRITUAL MOVEMENT. The Church of Christ Evangelistic Ministry therefore evolved as we persuade the vision and Whereas the said JOHN MENSAH  as a prophet of the Load should be free to be responsible to direct inspiration in the natural course of His converse with Him whom he is authorised to guide and direct the progress of the Church.
